Terms of Use of our digital intervention tools and images sold in the store

By purchasing one or more of these images, you agree to the following terms:

If you are an intervenor and have downloaded a tool from our website, you are authorized to share printed copies of the tool with the parents, children, teenagers, and families with whom you have used the tool as part of your intervention. You are also allowed to share the printed tool with other intervenors in your establishment. However, you may not sell these copies or use them for commercial purposes. You must also ensure that all shared copies include, if applicable, our logo and name, as well as all copyright information, in accordance with the terms and conditions you agreed to when downloading the tool.

          2. To increase visibility for our store, respect the artist’s copyrights, and prevent unauthorized sharing of our paid tools on the internet, you are not permitted to share the PDF file of the tool. Instead, we ask you to share the link to the tool’s page on our website. You are allowed to share the link on social media, your personal or professional website, via email, or any other means.

          3. If you use the tool to create a document intended for repeated or permanent use, such as training material, a workbook, a guide, or any other document, you must obtain written permission from the tool’s owners to do so. This permission will allow you to use the images in accordance with our terms and conditions, and you must include our logo and name, as well as all copyright information, in the final document. You may not sell or distribute this document without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property: The intellectual property of each image remains the property of their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws. By purchasing one or more of these images, you do not acquire the intellectual property of these images.
